Stuart Murdoch showed up at K Records while Jeff Fuccillo was stuffing records. He said he was friends with this band called Teenage Fanclub and needed a place to stay. He carried a red guitar and he carried it to Jeff and Jason’s place up on Garrison Street.
Stuart and Jeff practiced for about an hour or so and then played on Color Outside the Lines, hosted by Michelle Noelle.
Stuart started a band called Belle and Sebastian. Jeff played in Irving Klaw Trio and Hochenkeit.
